Come Join NDWC for Inspired Conversations on Thursday, November 16 (8:00 pm Eastern/5:00 pm Pacific) via Zoom
This Notre Dame Women Connect (NDWC) national engagement initiative seeks to foster dialogue with inspiring female leaders in the Notre Dame family on timely topics that are of broad interest to our community. This year we are honored to feature Danielle Green ’99—Wounded Warrior Project Warrior Speak Spokesperson. Danielle believes the best way to reach veterans is to “share stories like mine, so they realize the Wounded Warrior Project community is the place for them to heal and find acceptance.” A Purple Heart honoree who lost much of her left arm after a 2004 grenade attack while serving in Iraq, Danielle will discuss much more than her “second hand life.” Danielle is a Pat Tillman award winner and the 17th-leading scorer in Irish women’s basketball history. She remains committed to athletics, competition, and new challenges. She is mother to Daniel, her nine-year old son, and we look forward to all the stories she will share with us.
You must register in advance for the event via this link. After completing the registration form you will receive a Zoom link for the live event. In addition, we encourage you to submit questions for Danielle through the registration page. Several NDWC Regional Representatives will share your submissions during the session.
We hope to see you there!
