I was saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend Dan Price. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan when I first joined the club in 2018. His contributions to the club were invaluable. He managed membership and was the man behind all of our weekly newsletters. You could count on him to always have a good sense of humor, and came to our events with a smile on his face and ready to roll up his sleeves to get to work in whatever capacity that was asked of him. We had stayed in touch through emails during the pandemic, and I’d always get a smile on my face when he responded to my Facebook posts. The world lost a great man, but Heaven gained a true angel. Dan will surely be missed by our Notre Dame Club of Austin community. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
