 Imfeld\, Director of Residential Life: Recruitment\, Hiring\, and Rete
 ntion\nJoin us for an evening conversation on Residential Life at the 
 University of Notre Dame.\n\nThis one-hour talk will explore the histo
 ry and evolution of Notre Dame’s distinctive hall system\, why it has 
 always been more than housing\, and why it remains central to the Univ
 ersity’s campus life today. We’ll look at the current context facing s
 tudents and share thoughts on where Residential Life is headed in the 
 years ahead.\n\nDrawing from his time as Rector of Morrissey Hall (201
 6–2023)\, Zach Imfield will weave in personal stories about leadership
 \, community\, faith\, and the everyday moments that make the hall exp
 erience so formative.\n\nIf you’re an alum in Austin who still remembe
 rs your hall as “home\,” this will be a relaxed\, conversational hour 
 to reconnect with what makes University of Notre Dame so distinctive.\
