The Club will be hosting its annual Student Send-Off Event on July 31st. This popular event will once again be hosted at Dell Diamond prior to the Round Rock Express game that evening.

Join us for some ballpark fun, the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and friends, and in welcoming our incoming freshmen and returning students! This year’s event features the Round Rock Express versus the Memphis Redbirds. Spike (the awesome mascot) will also swing by for a visit and photo opportunity with our current students.
The Club has reserved the United Heritage Center at the Dell Diamond, an indoor venue that overlooks first base. This is a family-friendly event. All kids under 12 can enjoy pre-game events outside the stadium and will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game.
Tickets are $35 for alumni and family of incoming/current students. Incoming/current students and children 4-and-under are FREE! Incoming and current students should still sign up on the right.
Entry to the event includes a game ticket, parking pass, an all you can eat buffet, and unlimited beverages/beer. Gates open at 5:30… food and drinks will be available soon after… game time is 7:05pm.
