He joined the f irm's Austin office in 2001\, after 11 years in the firm's Palo Alto o ffice.\nRob works with emerging growth and technology companies\, both public and private\, as well as investment banks and venture capital funds. During his tenure at the firm\, he has gained extensive experie nce with public offerings\, mergers and acquisitions\, venture capital financings\, and start-up company representation. He regularly advise s a number of public companies on corporate governance\, disclosure\, and SEC compliance matters.\nRob earned his JD from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA and BS in Finance from Indiana University in Bl oomington.\n\nJeff Racho is a patent attorney and was an early employe e at the startup companies Sapphire Mobile Systems\, Tabbedout\, and S imversity.
